HENRY DALTON
writer, director, editor, producer, composer
Henry is the Managing Director of TDF Films and fulfills multiple roles on each production. An honours graduate from the prestigious Bournemouth Media School, at present he is also working as a freelance director, editor and writer in television, and has worked for companies such as Reeves and Mortimer’s ‘Pett Productions’ in Maidstone.
Previously, he had the position of Assistant Director and Editor at ‘Vivid Animations’, a charity film organisation, and worked on several award winning films such as ‘Sex Actually’, winner of a Princess Diana Memorial Award for Children’s Education.
He is regularly employed on a freelance basis at the companies ‘Skyworks’ and ‘Wild and Fresh’, under Eric Harwood, Executive Producer of the Emmy Award-winning documentary ‘The Boy Whose Skin Fell Off’. Recent broadcast credits include Writer and Director for factual series ‘Sky High’ (ITV), Editor and Online Editor for the first and second series of ‘Wainwright Walks’ (BBC2, BBC4, BBC HD 2007), ‘Railway Walks’ (BBC4, BBC2, BBC HD), ‘Coast to Coast’ (BBC4, BBC2, BBC HD) and ‘Eye In The Sky’ (ITV). He is also involved in development work.
As a writer he is primarily interested in the field of comedy, and is currently developing a six-part comedy series for television. In 2007 he reached the final stages of a BBC Talent search to find new comedy sketch writers.
As an editor, he has handled all aspects of post-production on several broadcast television series’, including both offline and online editing, dubbing, sound leveling and colour grading, in a mixture of SD and HD formats. Although he primarily edits on Final Cut Pro, he is experienced with several edit systems, including Avid, Adobe Premiere, Quantel, and Media 100.
In 2007 he was the youngest entrant to be selected for Broadcast Magazine’s ‘Hot Shots’ awards, an annual feature showcasing new talent in the TV industry. The article can be found here.
LISETTE LAWRIE
Production design, Art Direction, Lighting, Camera
An honours graduate from Bournemouth Media School, Lisette has experience in all areas of production from directing and editing to camera, but has specialised in the area of production design.
As well as acting as Production Designer and Cameraperson with most TDF films, working freelance she has occupied a variety of roles within the art departments for both film and TV, depending on the scale of the project. Productions she has been involved with include features such as ‘Inconceivable’, ‘The Dark Knight’, ‘Mad Sad and Bad’, ‘Dummy’, and the forthcoming ‘Dark Side of the Earth’, television series such as Channel 4’s ‘Coming Up’, ’60 Minute Makeover’, ‘Eastenders’ for the BBC and Nickelodeon's ‘The Crunch’. She has also worked in the Art Department for various idents (MTV, Cancer Research, Adidas, Walkers Crisps) and and music videos (Holly Rose, Vincent Vincent, Furyon)
Lisette also acted as Production Designer on the 90 minute BBC2/BBC4 period docudrama ‘Wainwright: The Man Who Loved The Lakes’ for Skyworks Ltd.
Her skills include extensive Photoshop work (please email for examples of graphics work if needed) as well as props making, miniatures, DIY, sewing, painting and other general decoration techniques.
